Loading Systems has its own training centre where we provide specialised training on our products and installation. This training centre is located in Lelystad and is much more than a classroom. It is filled with our latest products and contains a practical training room with all the tools and equipment needed to provide hands-on installation training for our products and electrical controls.
The commercial product training courses offer a real hands-on experience with the products, which is perfect for learning about the features and functionality of our products and the link between physical products and our Product Configurator.
The technical installation training courses are the ideal way for engineers to quickly learn the important ins and outs of installing our products, with a high focus on practical exercises: Learning by doing.
For new employees in commercial positions we have developed a unique and compact induction programme. This is a fully filled training programme over 2 days, and the perfect follow-up to the eLearning introduction programme. It includes product training on all major products and an introduction to our organization, where participants can meet their Customer Service contact person. Of course, we also talk about our "We take care." philosophy, and with the factory around the corner, a factory visit is naturally also part of this programme for participants' even deeper understanding of our operation and products.
