Loading Systems is delighted to announce that we have just secured the Investors in People Silver accreditation.
Investors in People is the international Standard for people management. It defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. Successful accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustained success.
There are four levels of accreditation - Accredited, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Only 9% of companies in the UK who have applied for IIP accreditation have achieved Silver status and we are proud to be among them.
Here at Loading Systems, the assessment was made after a rigorous three day process which included exhaustive interviews with staff. Feedback from the assessor was extremely positive with individuals demonstrating how we take our ‘We take care’ ethos is applied both to our clients and our employees.
We would like to thank individuals who met with our assessor for both giving their time and for providing honest responses. This is a fantastic achievement and one of which we are very proud.
