The Advanced Control Centre Dock Management module offers current information on the status of all your loading and unloading dock stations. For a specific vehicle, reservations at the loading and unloading dock can be made remotely. As soon as the vehicle docks at a loading and unloading bay, this can immediately be made visible in the system. The product status at the loading and unloading bay could also be made continuously visible, including information on whether the dock door is open or closed, or whether a dock leveller is or is not in use, As soon as the vehicle departs, the dock can automatically be released for a new reservation. In essence: you are able to eliminate unnecessary waiting time for vehicle drivers and internal warehouse operatives by correctly allocating vehicles to a loading and unloading bay station.
