Features of our sectional doors
Excellent insulation
Our standard door panel (40 mm thick) offers a good insulation value. Thanks to the thermal break between the inside and outside of the panel, heat cannot break through from one side to the other. The same also applies to our special full-vision panels. For situations that call for extra insulation, we also offer our extra-insulated panel. This panel is 80 mm thick.
Opening time
Loading Systems' well-insulated overhead doors help close off the building. Heat (or cold) can escape from the building when the overhead doors are open for too long. It is therefore important to keep the opening time as short as possible. Smart controls can optimize the door opening time. By using a radar, the door opens when the forklift approaches and closes after the forklift have passed. This not only gives a huge boost in efficiency but also in climate preservation in the building!

Industry panel (40mm)
Loading Systems' traditional industrial panel has a built-in thermal break thanks to an almost seamless connection between the panels. This ensures the panel has excellent insulation and is sealed off from air and water.
Panel with finger protection
The panel with finger protection offers extra safety. Its special shape prevents fingers from getting between the panels when opening and closing the door. Legally required for overhead doors up to a height of 2750 mm.
Extra-insulating panel (80 mm)
The extra-insulating panel is very suitable for optimum separation between the inside and outside temperatures, for example in cold storage. These 80 mm thick sandwich panels have a higher insulation value and are energy-saving.
Full-vision panels (40 and 80 mm)
The insulating eye-catcher for your building. Thus, the panels not only provide an aesthetic look, but also high thermal insulation. The panels are available in a 40 or 80 mm variant and the savings can be as much as 55%.
