Features of our sectional overhead doors

Durable overhead doors

Excellent insulation

Our standard door panel, which is 40 mm thick, provides excellent insulation. Thanks to the thermal break between the inside and outside of the panel, heat cannot break through from one side to the other. The same also applies to our special full-vision panels. In cases that require additional insulation, we provide an extra-insulated panel that is 80 mm thick.

Optimal safety with overhead doors

Opening time

Loading Systems' well-insulated sectional doors help close off the building. To prevent heat or cold from escaping, it is crucial to minimize the amount of time that overhead doors are left open. Smart controls can optimize door opening time by using a radar to automatically open and close the door as the forklift passes. This boosts efficiency and promotes climate preservation.

Different types of overhead doors

At Loading Systems we have a wide range sectional doors, so there is always a suitable sectional door for every application area.

Full-vision overhead doors

The design of the full-vision overhead door allows for maximum visibility and natural light to enter the building, making it ideal for applications where aesthetics and visibility are important, such as car dealerships, storefronts, and showrooms. Our panels

... for any situation

Industrial door panel

Industry panel (40mm)

Loading Systems' traditional industrial panel has a built-in thermal break thanks to an almost seamless connection between the panels. This ensures the panel has excellent insulation and is sealed off from air and water.

Panel with finger protection

Panel with finger protection

The panel with finger protection offers extra safety. Its special shape prevents fingers from getting between the panels when opening and closing the door. Legally required for overhead doors up to a height of 2750 mm.

Extra-insulating panel

Extra-insulating panel (80 mm)

The extra-insulating panel is very suitable for optimum separation between the inside and outside temperatures, for example in cold storage. These 80 mm thick sandwich panels have a higher insulation value and are energy-saving.

Full-vision panels

Full-vision panels (40 and 80 mm)

The insulating eye-catcher for your building. Thus, the panels not only provide an aesthetic look, but also high thermal insulation. The panels are available in a 40 or 80 mm variant and the savings can be as much as 55%.

Unlimited options with our overhead doors

... tailored to meet the specific needs of your company

Windows for more light

We can fit sectional doors with windows to provide the building with extra daylight. The windows have good glazing for better insulation and are available with a click-or-screw system.

Pass doors for separating people and goods

A pass door is a smaller door built into an overhead door. This allows for easy entry and exit without having to open the entire overhead door. This way, energy can be saved because you do not have to open the entire door. An overhead door with a pass door (wicket door) is widely used to allow staff or customers into the building.

Enhance the aesthetics of your building!

Loading Systems sectional doors can be delivered in (almost) any colour you want. Even when the desired colour is not a RAL colour. This allows for greater design flexibility and ensures that the doors can match the overall aesthetic of the building.
